ORDERING
- There are two ways to shop at Le Faire. You can shop the site without creating an account or alternatively, you can register with us by clicking on the My Account or Log In link at the top right hand side of the screen.
By registering with Le Faire you'll be able to:
- Track your current orders & review your past purchases
- Create your customized wish list to share with your friends & family
- Save your address & shipping details for a quicker checkout on your next order
- Manage your account details and email preferences
All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We also reserve the right not to accept your order in the event and is not limited to, for example that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock.
Orders will be processed during normal working hours.
Remember to add us, Sales@le-faire.com into your contact list to avoid account confirmations being sent to your spam or junk mailbox.
DUTIES & TAXES
All prices are GST inclusive.
For all international orders, you may have to pay additional taxes or duties. We advise that you check with your local customs for more information. Unfortunately Le Faire will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information.
PAYMENT
We accept payments made by credit/ debit cards or via direct deposit (note this is available to NZ orders only).
We are currently using Payment Express as our payment gateway. Click here to read more about DPS.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We love to reward our customers so we’re offering free shipping on orders to New Zealand and Australia. However we also provide alternative methods for faster delivery.
To ensure your order is delivered securely to your door, we recommend that a work address should be provided if that suits. If using a work address, please be sure to include the business name.
For all other international orders, please email us at sales@le-faire.com for a shipping quote.
All items purchased on Le-Faire.com are held in stock therefore we are ready to ship once payment has been processed. Complete your order before 2pm on any given business day for faster dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and it is really important that you are happy with your purchase from Le Faire therefore we choose to implement strict quality control checks on all products sold from our site. Each item is thoroughly re-inspected prior dispatch to ensure there are no defects.
For Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@le-faire.com within 3 days of receiving your goods indicating the reason for the return. You will be issued with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) that must be included with the returned item. Please note that return postage will not be paid for by Le Faire.
Once a RAN is issued, the item must be returned to us within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. 14 days for international returns. We do recommend using traceable methods such as registered or tracked post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
The item must be returned in its original condition including all original tags attached with packaging. With all requirements satisfied upon inspecting the returned item, we will gladly credit your original method of payment or provide you with a store credit within 14 days.
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items; only store credits will be issued for future purchases unless item is stated as final.
Please be reminded that store credits can be used on any item of the same value or higher. The difference will not be refunded if the purchase is of lesser value. Store credits can be used for store merchandise only and does not extend to shipping costs.
Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
For Exchanges
Le Faire operates on a boutique level thus we cannot always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and therefore hold limited sizes. Therefore our sales team will ensure measurements and fitting guides are outlined so there is adequate information to assist with your purchase decision.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour should the option be available. Please refer to the instructions noted above for returns. Note that additional re-delivery fee applies.
Note no refunds or exchanges will be issued on items returned due to a change of mind.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
- Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in way that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at sales@le-faire.com
Our site will collect information from you in several ways.
- When you place an order. In order to process and fulfill your orders online, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, your delivery address, telephone number and credit card number and expiration date. For added security we do not store your credit card details on the Le-Faire.com website, you must enter them each time you make a purchase (please see our Security Policy below).
- When you subscribe to our newsletter, Le Faire will collect nominated e-mail addresses. This will only be used for purposes of communication between Le Faire and its customers. These may include and are not limited to, promotional activity, new season arrivals and trend updates.
- In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, and anything else that might enable us to personalize your shopping experience.
- You may at any time delete your profile from our records or unsubscribe from our mailing list. To delete your profile please email us at sales@le-faire.com. To unsubscribe from our mailing list click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters or alternatively you can uncheck the newsletters list in your account.
Security Policy
At Le Faire, we take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure. All credit card details are not processed or transmitted through or via Le Faire's website; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. We use DPS to provide this service and to host and manage the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted data.
