LUELA, pronounced LUE-LA is new to our shores and is currently stocked
exclusively at Le Faire. This new label captures the perfect mix of
style for the modern-day girl who is inspired by elegance from the past.
Based in Sydney, the creative duo behind this Australian Label are
designers
Julie Shaw
and
Brenda Ayoub. The girls research and draw
inspiration from vintage laces and embroideries, making use of luxurious
natural fabrics such as silks and voiles. Each unique collection is
classically feminine with a twist of youth and sassiness. |

Stolen Thunder is a fresh independent design project, born in 2008; The
brand is a collaboration, a friendship, an inspiration, a way of life.

cheap, soulless items, mass produced without love or identity.
Stolen Thunder is handmade in England from diverse materials such as wood,
leather, Perspex and bespoke chain and offers a fresh direction in
boutique jewellery and accessories. Currently only two boutiques in New
Zealand stock Stolen Thunder, one being Le Faire. |

label Julian Danger was created in 2009 by Nelson Designer Amy-Rose Goulding. She captures her muse from cultural influences, art, fashion and music to bring together
directional, fresh and mischievous collections. The label is known for crafting innovative fabric combinations and using minimalist colour palettes.

Mina Iyama’s devotion to her
designs are evident in the intricate detailing of her jewellery. They

Since its creation in
2006, directional label twenty-seven names has inspired a cult-like
following. With art and fashion degree backgrounds respectively,
designers Rachel Easting and Anjali Stewart cite contemporary art as the
basis of their collections.
Their Winter 2011 collection dubbed the
Fearsome Five takes us back to the 90's. It's an ode to all high-schoolers
and embraces the iconic styles of their youth with polka dots, florals and
velvets that gave a girl the power to claim a place in the world.
The range is unbelievably wearable like their shirt dresses, letterman
jackets and polka dot shirts. Available from February 2011. |
